If you file any unfair trade practices relevant to OPTUS’s employees such as malfeasance, corruption and unethical behaviours, we will handle it promptly and give you feedback

We guarantee protection of the applicant’s identification in a strict manner to ensure the applicant is not adversely affected in any manners.
However, if you had any disadvantages by having filling the petition, you may ask protection to the responsible department for ethical management and the responsible team shall take every measures to minimize disadvantages

Practices to be reported

- Violation of code of ethics by the company and employees
- Unlawfully or inappropriately using the company assets
- Money or entertainment from interested parties
- Behaviours against sound corporate culture (e.g. sexual harassment)
- Other unethical behavirous

Remark

When filing a petition, please write based on 5W and 1H principle.
Attaching the evidence/proof to the description will make easier to handle the case.
Baseless smearing may not be processed.
Public announcement, IR/stock affairs, product and sales, customer inquiries and others are outside the scope of cases to be reported with a view to malfeasance, corruption and unethical behaviours, therefore, not to be handled by this procedure.
