As what you already should know, distribution transparency policy such as dual punishment system and bribery two strike system means unless these systems are strictly followed a corporate will not survive. We all agree that the fair transparent ethical management will be the only key to survive, understanding that the situation has become changed and now is a new law that has to be observed.

Introduction and implementation of “Compliance Program” now has become a pre-requisite for the corporate survival and at the same time, the ground for growth. To make OPTUS pharmaceutical meet the requirements and expectations from customers and surrounding environments and further represent the industry, all employees should take every effort to ensure eradication of unfair trade practices and to help have just and transparent corporate culture in place.
