- Method : when writing a post in the website (customer inquiry etc.)

We use the collected information for the following purposes.

- Customer inquiry, complaint handling, identification etc.

Personal information retention and period

Once the purpose of collecting the information is achieved, the relevant information will be destroyed immediately. However, the following type of information will be kept for a period of time for the below reasons.

- Type of information : name, contact information, e-mail, address

- Reason : customer protection and data management

- Retention period : 1 year

Customer complaint and arbitration handling related records : 3 years (according to Act on the customer protection in electronic commerce)
